I've failed the last 8 scrolls I've had and I need scrolls for 9 different items. I'm sitting on over 60 cubes from Elite Bosses and 15bil in meso for cubing.

Now we got the problem that you can't find items from low level mobs. Say, you're level 140 and still use lvl 50 boots because you got it with a 9% luck roll. You want to transfer the potential to your new level 140 boots. Now you need to chain tranfers 50->60->70->80->90->100->110->120->130->140.

If you give reboot scrolling and bonus potential, you may as well give them player-to-player trading and an auction house to boot. And for the sake of game balance, the reboot-exclusive passive skill should be removed too. No need for literally free damage and higher meso drops when you have scrolls, bpot and trading.
